Except for the fact that it's a rubber dome.  :)

I thought all the real M2s were basically a cheaper buckling spring design with various issues?  Did they also make a rubber dome variant?

I know of 9 M2 model numbers. Two of those are rubber domes. The 1395300 is a US ASCII buckling spring and is the most common board on eBay. There are 2 other US, 1 UK, 2 French M2 and 1 Portuguese buckling spring models. And there are surely, at least several, other Euro models.

Generally, a Model M with a part number beginning with "7" is going to be rubber dome.

Here's the most unusual M2 model with a unique top case. Unfortunately, this model is also a rubber dome.

But even as rubber domes, the M designation rubber domes are quite nice.  Not sure about the M2s though.
