for the free upgrade to the deluxe set, is it just for one set if you purchase two of them? On the fence about ordering both sets. Also, are you able to just fill in for the base set and leave a note saying that you participated in the debut gb?

If the legends are consistent with regards to thickness and alignment and FJ bars exist, I don't know if I'll ever be able to buy another GMK set again when I can get two or three of these for the price. Holy cow.

Interesting that the base orange set has modifiers the same colour as the alphas, but the red set has opposite coloured modifiers.

Was there a reason behind this?

Means that those who like opposite coloured modifiers need to buy two orange sets, but only the base red set.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Means that those who like opposite coloured modifiers need to buy two orange sets, but only the base red set.

Was mainly just an aesthetic choice, but also by having one set one way and one the other, both groups have one option where they wouldn't need he modifiers, you can please everyone but seemed the fairest way

It's something I've been pushing on, it's a bit of a hard issue as to add keys like that we need support wants very expensive, but I get its hard to support a set you can't use, but it is a priority for me to push in the future when and if I can

I hope people can tell from the additions in this set that I really am listening to requests and pushing for whatever I can

Mind some questions?
https://d2lraglvfaoc4l.cloudfront.net/uploads/product/image/2/aef43b1682a930ffdf37ac8b789e0e4a.png
What's extra Esc, tilde and backslash (rows 1, 1 and 2) for?
Shouldn't the 1.5u backspace be row 2?
Lastly, are legends also Cherry?

it should be row 2 you are correct thats a mistake on our parts

the additional keys are there because of how we have the moulds set up

they get made so its easier to include them than take them out

I see, I guess you didn't want blanks for those keys.
Anyway, customs related questions now.
I take the keycaps are shipped from the US.
What's the custom declaration (not the value, the type of goods) you declare?
I am most likely subject to custom duties if goods are declared as "keyboard parts" rather than "keycaps".

Anyway, customs related questions now.
I take the keycaps are shipped from the US.
What's the custom declaration (not the value, the type of goods) you declare?
I am most likely subject to custom duties if goods are declared as "keyboard parts" rather than "keycaps".

We will mark it however you like but as standard a 20 dollar gift and marked as key caps
