Excited to be here!

I got my pok3r about 2 months ago and I have become addicted. I honestly don't know if I will ever buy a full or even TKL keyboard in the future (hehe we'll see). I have already made my own custom cable from guides within geekhack, and I decided to join so I could continue to learn from all the greats and become part of the discussion.

Hi!
TKL is definitely my favorite size, next to 65%. I don't think I could go back to full-size boards anymore, save for an 1800 layout (and just ordered myself a G80-1800)

I'm with you, 60% is perfect, and I can't see myself with anything larger again. You need to try out the HHKB, it'll change your world. Just do it....

Welcome to Geekhack!
I like my HHKB, but I do miss the function keys and navigation keys with some IDEs, so I have a healthy TKL collection.
Plus a few full size keyboards for good measure
Pok3r s a good keyboard to start with - which one will you get next?

It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Well continuing down the rabbit hole of compact keyboards, I would really love to build myself a 40%.
Of course an HHKB would probably be amazing as well.
Decisions, decisions....

JD40 might be a nice place to start ...
You'll probably end up with both anyway
By the way I get the impression that you might be into cars? There is a
car thread
too
