This site has a little tsr that changes your keyboard layout instantly.  No messing around with any windows setup or anything.  Pretty cool site for those who want to try dvorak.

They also have a ezine (so called electronic magazine) about dvorak layout.

I think I'll stick with QWERTY due to the amount of computers I service.

I'm thinking of making a dvorak format hhk hack.  If you make one you could take it with you from computer to computer.

TSRs are a thing of the (DOS) past. This program is just hooking window messages. Quite inefficient.

That would be fun to try sometime. Could it be transported on a floppy or a USB jump drive?

I'm not sure, but he may have meant a hardware hack.
But in software, you could probably modify the Portable Keyboard Layout utility to work in Dvorak. I bet it has already been done in fact.
