The question asked about the "love interest of" a character who does certain actions. People must've written the name of that character instead of the character's love interest and realized it too late, after submitting the form. So people must've resubmitted with the correct answer, thinking they could squeeze in with a corrected answer.

Yup the question wasn't phrased as clearly as the others. Combine that with the time pressure and it's bound to happen.
