I thought the warnings would only be 5 minutes long   

Pretty sure ETF was saying the form would be open for 5mins until dead so not FCFS.  That's the way I understood it at least.

They already don't last 5 minutes. Caps have been gone in about 40 seconds. I am pretty sure he is giving a 5 minute warning that the post will go up after the 5 minutes after the warning.

They dont last 5mins now because they are FCFS.  So leaving the form open for 5mins and making it a mini raffle instead of FCFS is the way I interpreted it but I guess we will just have to wait and see.

I don't think he wants it to be a raffle though.
