So, I tested the PCB and all keys trigger. which is great. Buut I also did some other testing and found some stuff that is not too great

First of all the plate quality was already mentioned, but also was not great on my board.
Then, the included stabilizers really disappointed me. They are the same ones that were included in my KC60 kit from Aliexpress, so they were Chinese copys of the old Cherry design which needs no clipping, but the wires are too thin and the holes for the wires are too big. Even with different wires they were rattling all over the place

. So if you don't like rattly stabs you now have the time to order some before your board arrives

.
The next thing probably is only a problem for me (because of the different PCB), but the PCB did not have holes for all mounting points, the one in the lower middle can not be used now.
Next is something that is really important though. I did a quick test fit, because I thought about streaming the assembly of this board (would be really bad if there were any major problems on stream). After having to make the PCB mount pegs of the Zealios fit (the PCB seems to be designed to Cherry spec, definitely not an error of some sort) I screwed the PCB in and realized that the bottom row switches started popping out... Well, the PCB standoffs are not tall enough to provide enough clearance between the case and the switch pins, so the whole bottom row shorts out. So I thought a washer will fix this, after grabbing one I realized that the screws are too short when a washer is used, so I measured the screws and they seem to be imperial which makes it a real task finding them in Germany (great). I now put a thin layer of foam into the case to prevent any contact of the pins with the metal, it seems like that does indeed barely fit.
If I paid the Massdrop price for this I would be really mad now. But everything seems like it is rather easily solvable, so I will now wait until my plate is done and see what the future brings.
Here is my mockup with some caps that weren't even meant for this board (looks really great imo, can't wait for the plate to arrive):
