New Keyboard Build

Hello,
This may sound really dumb and i apologize, but here i go! I am looking to build my first keyboard but do not know where to start. Is there any good list or anything that i can go off of so i know at least what to buy.

I've had the same question, and a lack of luck in finding anything consolidated.  What I've been doing is:

(a) doing research on relevant communities
(b) reading build logs
(c) watching others efforts
(d) taking it slow, and starting small, and breaking it down into digestible pieces

I might try to gather that together once I get more proficient.  But I don't feel qualified to at the current point.

Ok well I'm looking to build a 60% board using veailo purples 65g and I would like led glow from the bottom and sides ummmmm. Hope that helps ha
