For supplies there is handledlegends.com and rosecoloredgaming.com too, though there are more not coming to mind.
@romevi: did you paint that case or buy it from rose colored gaming? Looks great

Also Kitsch Bent, and a few DIY kits off Tindie.
My case is from RCG. For some reason I thought the color was the actual plastic, but instead it's just paint. A but pricey for what it is.
That's a shame I eat hoping they were cast. How are the buttons holding up if they are painted?

The buttons and side panels, I believe, are cast. It's just the housing that isn't. The paint even comes off easily, too. I put a grip on it that fit really tight, and when I took it off I noticed a little nick on the back that showed some clear housing underneath.

The buttons are okay. Not sure what plastic they're made of, but they're not the same as the original Nintendo quality. They have a little "sticky" feeling, almost. The A and B buttons aren't too bad since you don't keep your thumb on them, but I had to switch my d-pad back. You can notice the gray d-pad on my pic; that's the original Nintendo one. The RCG case came with a black d-pad to better match the ol' DMG case, but it often gripped my thumb uncomfortably that it rubbed against the skin, especially on games where I had to change directions frequently. I had to switch it back after a week.
