It would actually be REALLY great to get the chance to buy a Skeltal Fugu as a Skeletor buyer.... first Fugu and matching to a keyset would be... *drool*

HI GH'ers,

Estimation is currently on the same timeline:

LATE SEPTEMBER - EARLY OCTOBER (9/26-10/07)

I'm really glad we got this in before the Carbon...

Is there a way to get the set shipped from Europe and not originative in order to save on tax?

Hello Zophis,

What do you mean by Clueboard?

I helped Clueboard take payments for the Nantucket Electric, but I am not shipping it out for him.

Meant originative :). Sorry! What I'm asking is if we can get the set directly from GMK to avoid taxes in the EU.

As am I sir! I'm getting more excited about the colors the closer we get and subsequently am becoming more impatient. I have a lot of confidence in Originative to keep things smooth once the sets land.

Meant originative :). Sorry!

Unfortunately not! There's a VAT within EU that is about 20%.

Happy things are going smoothly, please keep us updated!

They're available on Originative's website still. Just not the add-on spacebars I think but someone else said you can buy them in their spacebar packs or something.

If this is true, amazing job dude. One of the best GB's I have taken part of so far. Just having realistic timeline expectations from the beginning really helps the waiting process.

Can't wait for my first GMK set.

Haha yeah! We submitted the payment on July 12, https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=83309.msg2216982#msg2216982.

It takes approximately 12 weeks, so October 7-12 is the realistic timeline.

Awesome - was not expecting to get this set before my Weaven! Had I known it would have been this soon, I would have just had you ship both this and Hyperfuse together. Starting to get excited now - but even more impatient for the rest of the build stuff.

That was my thought as well but I figured they would post pictures of packages arriving from GMK and the normal GB update stuff. I'm not mad, just genuinely surprised.

Great news. Planning to mix this set with hyperfuse since i also bought that from originative. Anyone know if the purples are the same? Going for skeletor alphas and hyperfuse mods.

Here's a comparison between Unique0rn keys (afaik it has the same color codes as Skeletor) and Hyperfuse for you to judge.

Seems the purples are different on your picture. Is your hyperfuse from originative? Maybe the 2nd production of hyperfuse was done with the new purple (skeletor's)?

It is. The Originative Hyperfuse uses the new purple.

Hmm... I wonder if the older, paler colors work better with Hyperfuse. The rest of the colors give a pale representation, whereas this new purple, while lovely in itself, seems to clash with the rest in its vibrancy. But that's based off two or three pictures I've seen. I'll have to see how other pictures look.

I just realized R1 and R2 have slightly different color codes. So R1 will retain its value for anyone who cares.

While I would say the difference is the result of natural aging, especially when you use them under any kind of light for a long time.

I also plan on doing some Skeletor themed caps (which may not be color matched) to go out as well.  I haven't had time to do casting yet though.

Casting should start this weekend and I'm still trying to see if I can get a Havoc Staff sculpt made up and done.
