Has production for the acrylic cases started? :)

Not yet until i finish the alum order. But dont worry too much, the acrylic version is much simpler to produce so it will be 1-1.5 week only :D

What's going on with carbon plate? Missing screw hole, no switch removal, and very thin here for some reason(?)

I probably would have asked to swap to the standard plate if we'd been updated as to the issues that came about with the carbon

Has mine shipped yet? :)

I have shipped out all the carbon order except Will_26 cause he need the switch. Now i'm continue with the alum plate order.
Please be patient :D

i was carbon and didn't get a tracking # :(

Tracking will be updated 1,2 days after shipping. And the plate problem, i'm really sorry about the compromise :(

That's what I used but doesn't work. It's cool, Bui just confirmed it doesn't work and is trying to get me the correct ref! Are you in the UK? Does the tracking suggest it'll arrive soon?

My shipper is currently off for a few days due to his personal stuff so new tracking will be delayed too.
If you wonder why i dont ship directly through company service, that because i have a friend who work there and he can provide better price for the GB and also tax thing can be avoided :D

Oh you've got to be kidding me... I've got my board, and the plate is NOT ISO compatible. The cutout next to the ISO return is too small to accept the # key and the cutout for the left shift is too small to take the 1.25 shift+1u key. This is really unacceptable... how was this not tested?!

I've put a normal sized shift on the left when I realised, only noticed the other cutout when popping in the last switch. Fortunately nothing is soldered yet.

Okay I just took a dremel to the plate and can now fit the switch. Have to say, I'm really unhappy at having to do this to a board that cost so much. :(

Plate is a huge disappointment, I don't rally have any way of modifying it besides buying some sandpaper (which I shouldn't have to do in the first place for a $45 plate!)

Take a look at the black resistors (they're rectangular). Loads of mine had zero solder on the bottom of them. You could visually see they weren't done and those keys didn't work. Touch of solder and they all worked fine.

Well, if its that much i would think about a flaw/something missing on the pcb.
But with 1 i thought about a lifted pad or a flawed trace  :-\

Ok, some of my keys aren't working - possibly my bad soldering. Which bit is the resistor, the little rectangle or the tiny one?

One  that doesn't get highlighted in the bootmapper is my split backspace; not sure if I need the _split firmware for this to work or bad soldering somewhere?

I'm not sure about the split backspace. But in regard to my other comment, it is the black ones that were missing some solder.

You'll need the split firmware if I remember a build last year correctly.

Half my keys stopped working with the split firmware (toggled bootmapper and pressed keys to see if they highlighted cells in the matrix)

Ok, it was all the resistors lacking solder. One still won't work, the right alt, and I'm 100% sure it isn't my switch. There was actually solder on this one, but I redid it, still nothing. .

rgb underlighting doesn't seem to work at all

pressing set keyboard in the bootmapper returns HID error, indicating a hardware fault

Thanks for the offer, I'll see if anyone from UK can do it first just for the shipping costs and less likely to be damaged in shipping
