Do you know how I can download the controller chip driver?
Well, as I said, I don't know what controller chip is used on that PCB. If, as you said, you can contact the person who made the board they should be able to tell you. Or someone else here might chime in. I don't know anything about the Satan GH60.
Here it is in a nutshell...
Windows sees your keyboard plugged in, along with your mouse, etc
You press the reset button and the keyboard controller performs a switch - it used to identify as a keyboard & now it identifies as a controller chip
Windows sees the keyboard disappear and a new device appears. This new device is the controller chip. Windows sees the controller chip but, without a driver, doesn't know how to communicate with it.
