I've been here long enough I figured it's about time I got a thread going. You may know of me(highly unlikely, but there's a chance) from running the GMK Coniferous GB a couple months back, but the majority of my contribution to the keyboard community is through my custom cables.

At this point the only way to do custom USB C would be USB2.0 over C since that's what there are connectors available for, and even then not all the connectors come with the proper resistors for C(mostly a problem with the cheaper connectors). At this time, I haven't seen a demand for 2.0 over C, but if a demand does present itself then I can work on finding a good source of the connectors that work properly.

Probably possible, but I'd have to find a source of connectors for them as well as a good way to test them. You find me some connectors and I'll look further

Looks like I know what I'll be doing tomorrow.

In other news, I've finally gotten a decent workspace setup and have gotten orders #33635 through #33650 out this week and you should have received a tracking number and order completion email. Hopefully I can make some more headway in both my backlog and stem orders over the next week, but I'll be away from my tools and at my mom's house over the weekend, so I don't anticipate much progress during that time.

Coniferous seems to be right on track as there's been no news of delays, so we should still expect July 5th delivery to me and shipping invoices/address confirmations over the week after that. Unfortunately I've got jury duty the 13th, so that might slow down my packing and shipping while that's going on.

I've still got the metal braid cable GB on the back burner until I get time between backlog cables, stem GB, Coniferous, daily work, and living between houses. Having this much of a wait for them at least I have time to plan the GB well.
