PCB was Delay because there are insufficient parts in the factory
The PCB schedule is final confirmed to arrive on Tuesday (5/29).
Everywon won't be any more delay.

For three days from today
Wrap the housing, plate, etc... in a box.
When the PCB arrives on Tuesday, After examining the PCB,
it will be finalized and shipped.

I'm gonna go ahead and guess that the PCBs haven't arrived yet.

The missing part (LED Drive IC) arrived at the factory on 05/31.

PCB Production is due this week.

I think..... finally I can get it !!!!

First of all
I am sorry that I have not been able to respond to your contacts.
I've been in huge panic for the last 7 days.

last week 14th,
While preparing to ship as promised to you...

I found a Large error in the product.

As a result of the argument with the factory over the last seven days,
Throw away all the defective parts,
and I decided to make a new partz and ship it at my own money.

My first co-producing engagement & the promise with yours was more important than anything else.
This is a decision made to ensure correct quality.

The new partz will take about 5 weeks to make.
(including both QC and anodizing periods)

I'm really really sorry for the shipment that was Sooooooooooo delayed.

I promise to update every seven days from today.

I will keep my word with you to the end.

Is the defective issues just those two screw holes? If that's true, and the plate can still screw into the top piece, would you consider selling the defect kits at a discount?

I didn't expect to work with old... drawings.

Yes, those two holes are wrong.

To press firmly around the hall, The final decision is to change the position of the hall.

Also, all error TOPs are collected and sent back to the factory.

I can't afford to think of a discount sale yet.

And We have once again inspected the entire shipment.

I conducted inspection and basic packaging with my younger brothers.

We are going to repair request 6 out of the 35 newly produced top Housing (the remaining 27 have been inspected).
