I think there wasn't an email notification but if you login to the website and click on the order, there should be shipping details there.

You can create your own with autocad
We also have 3d file for creo, but since this is a flat item, autocad works fine.
Normally I modify it in autocad, it is smoother(creo got laggy when dealing with too many objects).

I'm guessing that you got the default plate layout which is really unique.
You can buy DO60 PCBs from the doyu studio website. Alternatively, you could ask Sennin if he has any spare universal plates. Wixxzblu has also made a CAD model of a single layout plate for either standard and tsangan bottom row so you can get your own plate cut as well.

Yes, here is the plate file for a more a fixed layout if anybody wants to cut their own. If there is interest in a 5mm acrylic plate file, i may do that as well, show your interest if so.

Got 2 of these and 2 PCBs but one of the PCBs isn't functional (bad USB port). Doyu studio has been unresponsive to my emails for a full week. Caveat emptor.

Got mine today. Quality seems good on the top case other than some imperfections on the coating. Probably not worth the hassle to try and fix. Nice thick bottom plate and shiny weight piece with doyu logo. Have not had time to test the PCB yet, been quite busy, but looks like nothing is missing.

Update: Doyu studio eventually started responding to me. They are shipping a replacement PCB.

Mine arrived (east coast US) and the anodizing quality and color is very good. Everything looks to me, thanks sennin, this GB took a while but I'm happy with the result.

My PCB seems to be broken (keys not registering after bridging with tweezer and manually trying via switch press ... did check before soldering and only the lights underneath are on). I can send proof but is there a way to get a replacement?

Did you receive the correct plate? There was a universal layout option. The plate you have is the default layout plate with 3u spacebars

I am thinking of doing a small run of clear-coated sandblasted brass bottoms for the chiwi60.
I will be removing the mount for the name plate in favour of CNCing the logo straight onto the bottom since it's already brass anyway.

There should be some brass extras for sale soon but they won't be in the polished gold colour and they definitely won't be as cheap as the GB price (it was grossly underpriced).

The website looks down to me as well. Apparently an engineer has been working it because it was lagging like hell.
