Don't know if that's a good price, but since these don't seem to pop up on ebay that often, I thought somebody might be interested.

His GF complains about the click, but it's brown, not blue MX. how ... sensitive she must be.
I trolled Geekhack and all I got was an eponymous SPOS.

This is itlstln's dream keyboard.  until he fell into the HHKB boat.  I have to think about this one seriously.  I assume it does not have NKRO eh?

EDIT:  I just thought about this one.  And I just looked at my sig.  It's 1.9 inches wider than my ricercar SPOS.  I'm liking it less now.
My keyboards: Filco Cherry Blue Tenkeyless(daily home), Compaq MX11800 (modded to blacks), Compaq "MX 84u",  Wellington\'s Dampened Endurapro, Pinkalicious Filco Blue Cherry, Chicony KB-5191, Chicony KB-5181, Desko MOS 5023 UP "elbowglue" spos (modded to blues), Siig Minitouch (monterey blue), SMK-88 (blue cherries), Ricercar SPOS

It should be full n-key rollover. No guarantees, but I'm pretty sure its a clone of the raptor K1. It probably also has the USB ports at the back. This is an awesome keyboard. Get it.

So if the logo is missing because it came from Germany and not Asia I wonder how he got it????

Cherry stopped the whole logo thing a few years ago. The sticker logos died out sometime in the late 90s.

Here's a translated review of this keyboard (not sure why the Logo is missing on the top right).

The logo on my black 11900 was just a decal that peeled off, whereas on the white one I have the logo is dyed/painted/lasered? into the case. Probably the same for this model, the logo in the review photo looks like a decal.

Good eye. Just pulled ESC on my Raptor K1 and it does have a Diode. So I guess unlike my first impression the G80-1863 is NOT nkro. I find it weird that they cloned the USB ports and stuff from the Raptor but not the nkro. Weird.

As much as I want this, I am going to pass.  If this were a couple of months ago, I would be all over this.  That, and I think the HHKB's layout is better anyway.  It sure is hard to let this one go, though.

Thanks for checking on that sixty.  This is a sexy board for sure.  But it's not much smaller than the mx11800 :( It has doubleshots which is sexy too.  And a USB hub.  And it's rare to find anywhere in the US.  waffle waffle.  ponder ponder.

I was staring at it for a few minutes pondering it myself.  I am really happy with the HHKB, and the 1863 would be a step back layout and size-wise.  That, and between my HHKB and RF 23UB, there's around $400 worth of equipment on my desk that I really want to get my money's worth out of and the 1863 would just go unused.  That said, when the MiniGuru comes out, I will be one of the first in line.

Why not use it as your home driver?  The HHKB macros can always be programmed in via autohotkey.  I have since determined that I like cherry browns over topre switches..

I don't compute at home much, especially not enough to warrant buying this keyboard.  I use my 3000 at home; I have plenty of desk space for it.

These maybe rare on eBay, but they are very common on Taobao, the seller's User Name gives it away, "tonycychen". No prizes for guessing where he purchased this board.

As a matter of interest, just like the wNv Teamworks kbs, these are NOT selling = soon to become surplus stock because it's too expensive. The good news is that they will eventually drop in price drastically.
Often outspoken, please forgive any cause for offense.

Wow, you keep Geekhack on your MAIN monitor.  Dedication to the job.

E-mail on the right, Remote Desktop to my server on the left, and Toad for Data Analysts under Geekhack (you know... I need something "important" to switch to just in case the boss stops by).

Using a Taobao Agent, £160 Shipped to Uk = approx $240.

Could of got for free, but my integrity just would not let me take advantage of my beloved Sister to  shoulder the expense (resides in HK/also loaded unlike poor o' little me).

That DOES make sense, the seller wrote in broken english (I was just going to ask why he wrote funny, but now I know):

#1 No, I think this keyboard is 3-KEYS-ROLLOVER in the most area. Thanks! #2 Yes,double shot keycaps; Yes, brown mx, not blue mx. I upload an additional pic for your reference, plz feel free to ask if any question, thank you.

Let's rewrite those sentences for him:
#1 No, I think that this keyboard constitutes 3-KEYS-ROLLOVER in most parts of its boundaries. Thanks!
#2 Yes, double-shot keycaps. It is indeed brown MX, but not blue MX. I have uploaded an additional photograph to analyze for that end; please feel free to ask any questions if some compass your mind, thank you.

I just checked out this keyboard and it's a nice one.   I've mostly purchased my dozen or so Cherry boards for keycaps and switches, but more and more I see a few boards that are worthy of acting as a main board like the G80-3000.

Nice pickup elbow.   Pls report on it when you get it in.  The only thing I don't like about that board is the small right shift and inset arrow keys.    For a little more money, you could have a Das S no??

Congratulations Elbow.  I offered him $65 2 days ago and you'd think I just stole his cheesecake and kicked a puppy.  That offer was "nowhere near what I expect to get for this keyboard" - his words... apparently $10 is price difference of epic proportions.  But I nearly bought it for $85 about 10 times, good score.  I really like the arrow keys where they are, my only issue with this layout are the keys above the numpad, hard to do 1 handed ctrl-alt-del's with it.  Other than that, it's almost perfect.

Oh, and I tried to snipe you're Topre 101 yesterday but my iphone didn't put the bid through fast enough.

Lol.  I got my karmic ebay final sale price for reselling neptunebadger's board that I already got at a great deal, sold for $100 shipped.

We are all so cheap here lol!  I guess you softened him up for me, he realized he would have to take a cut on the price and finally decided to stoop to $75.  Hope the board is in good condition..
