Not had everyone reply yet, but I'm happy to start moving forward, had about 80% so far (with a good boost coming through reminders a couple weeks ago). Going to start preparing to ship, sorting kits etc. and just generally making sure everything is ready for Options 1/2. Will make sure discount codes are sent out prior to XRF 2022 as I know some are interested in that. Option 3 will be completed once all the kits are shipped out as each transfer is quite personal.

There won't be any, I'll cover this cost. Please make sure you've filled in the shipping form, I believe it's been sent to everyone. If you haven't received it in your DMs, LMK.

220 got super complex with the 280 issues, as some people want to transfer, some only want to keep 280 etc. I'll tackle those that have only purchased a 220 first, make sure these are shipped soon. After that will begin processing through the joint orders.

Wrist rests will be shipped separately from both 280 and 220. WRs will be treated the same as 220, those that are just waiting for that will be sent first etc.

I think at this stage you shouldn't say something is going to happen next day and disappear for weeks. If they haven't answered you next day, please let people know that happened.

I gave up with the boxes from my previous supplier, communication was piss poor and it was still unclear on the situation many weeks later.

I've contacted a new supplier, got a quote, samples, and artwork outlines all within a week. They've quoted 4-5 weeks from art approval, which I plan to submit this week. Pics below of the samples I received. Smaller box is for plates/PCBs etc. Bigger box for kit.





Regarding partial refunds, I'm super busy this week but will start the process - will make sure it's done by the end of next week. Sorry about the delay in this.

Just grab whatever fits, throw the board in there and ship em out. I'm gonna trash the box 3.14 seconds after unpacking it anyways. We've been waiting 4 years or something and you're adding another month for custom boxes I don't even know what to say anymore.

It's probably sufficient, but I don't really want to sway away from a reliable packing method I've had, just to save a couple weeks. In the long run, to me it isn't worth it.

I asked about the artwork and they said it won't save much time at all, maybe a day or so. As each box is cut then immediately printed on, not all of them cut, then all of them printed. I'll go ahead with the (very basic) artwork as planned, hope everyone understands why. It is literally just a Noxary pink box with the icon logo on it

Apologies for the lack of updates, unfortuntely this box manufacturer has been a pain in the ass. I never knew it would be so complicated, but ultimately it all falls on me for not having this together sooner, and I can only apologize for that again.

Artwork was submitted May 12th, confirmed on May 19th, and paid on May 20th. We agreed to produce "swatch of the Pantone colour printed onto the material of your board" as this would only take a few days, which I received on May 24th. This color was incorrect, and they wouldn't let production go ahead without myself seeing the correct color (as stated May 27th). A new sample was produced and sent, however I never received this, and after the long bank (public) holiday, they asked June 6th if I ever received it (no I didn't). I suggested to send another one on June 10th after nothing turned up. June 15th - new swatches arrived of the incorrect color again. June 20th they reply saying sorry, we'll send another. June 22nd I finally receive the correct color, which I approve the same hour, as I just want production to begin ASAP. June 30th they gave me the date of delivery as August 12th.

In retrospect, I would absolutely say f*ck the color, but I always believed it was just close to being sorted out, hence why I kept letting myself be led on. Sadly just a lot of wasted time.

My assistant will continue packing & labelling throughout the next 10 days as I'm out of country. I'll organize a collection when I'm back (27-29th).

Got my UV 280 in the mail today! The color is a -lot- better than I anticipated, based on the recent news/photos of colors being incorrect. Looks esp nice with warm lighting. Hopefully I can find time to build it sometime soon.

got my UV build together. the color actually turned out dope! but my order was missing two sets of stabs and my PMs about it have gone unanswered (not dope ). bummer to see this GB tripped up at the finish line after xondat clearly worked hard to make the best of a bad situation.

Most boards (280 & 220) & accessories are now ready, just need to put them in boxes, seal, and label. Expecting another batch to go out next week. Still waiting on replies from quite a few people so will be chasing (for up to date addresses, resolution forms, or general order questions).
