Hmm anybody out there want to trade a wkl jane for a Pink 910 CE? It's got one built (I can easily desolder if desired) and one unbuilt plate+pcb.

You're gonna have to increase the ante if you really want to snag a Jane

By any chance does anyone know the name of that keycap set in the first image with the black keys and the green blue and red modifiers?

Shipping paid. Can't wait to start this build. Just remind me, please, are the SMD LEDs soldered to the PCB?

Does Sam generally provide tracking or does it just come some time after invoice is paid?

you might not always get tracking, but usually just because sam forgets to add it to paypal

Gorgeous. Those are some large LEDs -- you don't have issues with clearance and/or clacking from the Cherry profile caps?

Do you see a noticeable difference from using clear polycarbonate films on Zealios? I thought they were made for Cherry MX switches as the tolerances were more suitable for them, whereas the tighter fitment of Gateron-made switches would not need these films.

No clearance issues. I tested them with different profile keycaps thoroughly before soldering.

Honestly there's no difference / improvement. I just put them in for kicks.

Hm, neat! Normally the home row tends to clack a little more with the LEDs.

Figured as much about the films. Nice build, once again!

I'm pretty sure there's guaranteed contract on home row when using 3mm and 2x3x4 with thick cherry profile caps. 1.8mm is kind of the only way to avoid it.

Incredible looking board and keycap combo though o.o

Some 3mm LEDs are shorter than others, you just have to pick the right ones

1.8mm is kind of the only way to avoid it

I do have a bunch here but they are inconsistent in terms of color temperature :(

Thanks!  :)

Ah that is interesting, I didn't know they had shorter ones. Are they called anything different?

I've only used colored 1.8mm LEDs so I've not noticed that. I did get some at one point where they would die on a daily basis though lol. Glad I had sip sockets or that would have been a nightmare.
