Apr 30:
Dropped off most Shopify orders today.  There was a weird issue 4 packages: 2 labels didn't want to print, 1 is an unusual int'l, and 1 needs a bigger box.
I'll work on those, and PayPal orders tonight too.  Expect shipping invoices within a day or two.  Packaging took a little longer than I expected, due to building boxes and taping them, etc.

Done sorting caps into kits.  Reverifying their weight (certainly mis-created some kits) and labeling. 
Also, need to organize orders into packing lists, etc.

Sculpted in 1-1-2-3-4-3: The most comfortable profile.  Scientifically demonstrated. 

Colors are:
Black - NN, the same color as SA Pulse.
White - WFK, the same color as SA Oblivion Hagoromo.

I'd recommend the Shopify for US folks, and the Google Form for international folks (since a proxy can show up and make shipping 'different').

Invoices will be sent to forms folks when their kits all reach MOQ.  You will have a week to pay, or I will cancel your order (and become annoyed at you).  Shipping will be billed later for these orders.

Jan 13: Orders close, Submit order to Signature Plastics for manufacturing.
8-12 weeks: Manufacturing.
1 week: Shipping to me.

Made my selection, I suspect there may be too many kits though... The idea of an all homing alpha kit is interesting, I did six homing keys like on Realforce HiPro boards with my /dev/tty blanks.

Really hoping this works out in the end though, I can never have too many high profile blank sets.

Well in past IC's for this exact idea there was always one big kit. I really don't know what would entice buyers but personally I would do a 'base kit' that supports everything 60%-TKL, maybe even 104-key, and then an ergodox kit, 40% kit, and white alphas kit.

I also don't know if it would decrease prices in any way but if those kits were sold in multiple colors at the same time maybe there would be more general interest - I would certainly buy at least two and maybe three depending on the price, if there were different colors.

Purchasing any set will just add to the MOQ's of the child sets, but we still need Alphas to make MOQ 50 for the the sets happen.  They also all have a small discount to them, and don't include Split Space or ISO.  They instead include the extra 1u blanks for all the other kits, like 65 nav, and FRow / TKL.  Might switch that around, but could be a little tricky, since I'm not doing 'whole' kits any more...

Also, adjusted the landing page on the shopify, so it's clearer about what's what.

Will get 40's set, Ortho set, and Ergo set, and update the form with these new options tomorrow.

The Moq is actually based on number of keys, so only adding white split space would be a Moq of 50 or so...

Black split space shares a lot of keys with standard Mods and split shift, so the price and Moq can be lower...

You mean the ones with 'R1'?  No, I was just trying to show the rows with colors so you wouldn't get confused about whats included... 

Only black / white keys are what you will get.  I'll update the older images throughout the day with the new 'decals' that the sets have.

IC showed equal interest between white, gray, and black.  R2 will likely be both wfk, and gd, making it Oblivion Hagoromo.

Pink was second.

Note: Sets are a bit cheaper than kits.

The reason it's more expensive than just VAT is they need to cover the more expensive bulk shipping to EU, and shipping supplies.  (I was planning on 'figuring this out later' for US orders, whereas they already figured it out.)

From my own tests, the weight of a single row type of SA cap can vary quite a bit, ±15%. You'll have a probability curve on the accuracy if you rely on this.

Small update: I've got '25%' of the caps sorted (measuring by quantity). 

Mostly the smaller kits (wk mods, wkl mods, numpad, etc.) are sorted as I didn't realize that my bags were super tiny and can't hold all the alphas...  I ordered 300 more bags, and boy, are they taking their time to ship to get here.    Alphas and dox are like 60% of all the caps I ordered, so I'm hungry to start sorting them...

Small update: about 80% done sorting the caps.  I have probably two more days to get through the remainder of caps, then I'll be labeling / packing orders. 

I'm estimating shipping domestic orders on Monday April 29; shipping invoices for int'l will go trickle out after.

White pigment is typically titanium dioxide. Black pigment is typically carbon.  By volume, TiO2 is almost twice as heavy as C.  Although the volume of the two pigments is probably not the same, so...

Edit: Made a mistake where I was invoicing orders in EU, but they didn't order through me (I just had their info before the EU proxy was up).  Some folks got invoices, but I cancelled them.  Let me know if I made two mistakes (invoicing you, cancelling it, but you actually did order through me.)

TKL set will cover 75% perfectly.  White is as the images show: White alphas and white deep dish keys, black mods and everything else.
