I'm interested!
That makes three then, also I modified the plate file, so it'll only have Tsangan ANSI support:

I got my tracking number yesterday when they emailed me to pay import taxes  :p

I just hope I won't get taxed twice because they asked me to pay UK taxes, but I am in France.

1. Shipping
All shipping invoices have been paid. All tracking numbers are updated for those shipped.

2. I didn't receive any tracking??!? Halp!!
Fret not, some of the units are still being reworked at the moment. Am trying my best to liaise with Eve here to let these go out as soon as possible (passing QC of course).
No reason for me to hold the units and let it ferment in their store haha. I do apologize the anxiety caused, like you guys I am also very excited for my own copy of the board.

3. I ordered Kit 2 but why is my configuration Kit 1? OMG!
I discovered there was a grave mix up and they sent all keyboards as Kit 1 configuration. If you received tracking and is Kit 2 do not worry, I have asked him to send the brass bottom plate, steel O weights and titanium logo FOC. Meanwhile just enjoy building the board as you can change the configurations on your own later. I also learnt my lesson not to offer to many configs and be over adventurous. Next project will avoid this at all cost lol.

Again and again, thank you all for being extremely patient with me.

Got my board!!

The ano is good. Only slight discoloring and kinks on the inside. The ano'd circle weight is also a darker shade than the rest of the board but that's not too noticeable. Top and bottom case colors are consistent as far as I can tell. PCBs (2) are working and look very clean. Bronze badge also very nicely polished!

Can't wait to build this. There's actually very little clearance for the PCB in the case so I think there'll be little to no sound issues.

Nope no filters. The blue does change with the lighting a lot. Here's another pic under different (less?) lighting. Looks more like the initial shots here I think.

Did anyone else that ordered Dark Titanium Gray get theirs? Does it look like this? Wondering if I got Ink Black since it looks more black than gray: https://imgur.com/a/YAS6FIr

I have had black/gray boards from other manufacturers (LZ, duck) and this looks closer to black than gray, but not all the way to black. I took the pictures under the brightest light I had but in lower light it's pretty much black.

For reference, these are the color samples given:

Ink Black: https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/437814154099949570/520235123405226005/-61b90e36294ca2d8.jpg

Titanium Gray: https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/437814154099949570/520235125061976075/2401542b7fdbcb27.jpg

It matches pretty well to the Ink Black sample and doesn't look anything close to the Titanium Gray sample.

To me it doesn't match the black sample at all. It doesn't look close to the titanium either but lighting plays a big role in how we see colours. Natural lighting may look different from the artificial lighting you're using for your pictures.
Though to me again it definitively looks like titanium gray when you look at it with some light on. I had a pc case long ago in titanium colour and it was a really dark gray that looked closer to black when the light was poor in the room and if I didn't have some black items around, I wouldn't even notice the titanium colour difference honestly. It's a really subtle colour. At least in my limited experience.

Kinda reminds me of the Sony VAIO PVC-Z1 chassis:

VAIO VPC-Z1 was sold in silver and black. I have a black one (sadly no longer functioning) and it always looked dark grey with a greenish/yellowish tint to me, even more so when it catches the light. Taichi in general gives me serious VAIO Z1 vibes which I'm cool with. The profile photo above was even reminiscent of Sony's barrel hinge design around the time of the Z1.

Did I read the OP wrong or were the switch plates supposed to be anodised?

Doesn't really look like either of the samples to me, but it's definitely closer to grey than ink black my eyes. I definitely wouldn't mistake it for black.

For those still waiting for shipment:
I have spoken to Eve and have them arrange a round 2 shipping this week, latest by coming Thursday for the unfilled orders.

For the replacement orders, please hang on with me as I am trying to push them out as soon as possible.

Am still contact able on discord should you guys have any concerns. If I don't reply immediately, I am probably busy and will certainly get back to your queries.

Cheers.

Switch plate were originally anodized in a different colours, as I did not hit the MOQ of 80 I have decided to make it universally silver for all.

Edit: I have also received a few requests for the plate to be silver for grey and blue before I made that decision.

Wait, when did this happen? All plates are silver now? Since I ordered the Black/White version, am I not getting black plate like it says in the OP?

Just made a form for those who'd be interested in a POM plate (should've done this earlier), but the fill out deadline is on August 4. So any one interested please fill it out by then, because I want a POM plate for this baby.

yes i talked to OP about this. unfortunately i was told that the tolerances would mean that powder coating the silver accent piece on the bottom would make it no longer fit into the case, since the powder coat significantly increases thickness. i was told EVE tried it with a real accent piece, so its not theoretical

Thanks for conveying my message.

Hi, all white TaiChi had a silver O weight attached to it and I was informed only after shipping was done. Went to check with Eve and we concur that it is impossible to have it coated in white and to have a seamless bottom. Enlarging the bottom through hole would have resulted in having a seam around it.

I wasn't pleased to hear the changes only after the keyboards are shipped. In consideration for my future GB, I might change to another manufacturer.
