Fjell Classic

Changes from round 2: reduced price, reduced shipping fee, reduced fulfillment time, better quality control, same great packaging

Shipping: February 2019, may be delayed slightly due to CNY. March 2019 is the latest possible shipping month.

Limited quantities, however we have a lot more available spots.

Fjell Pro was supposed to be done over a year ago. I have the sample in my hands, however I realize that there is more engineering involved that I am capable of doing right now. It works at it is, however I want the mounting method to compete with all other options on the market, and that requires more work. I would say it is 60% done design-wise.

Frantically refreshing the Mekanisk page to get in on this. In my eyes, Fjell is the gold standard for high profile 60% case aesthetics. Been wanting to get my hands on one since the original Fjell run.

Not until the design is finished and the last sample is made. Currently Fjell Classic, Klippe and Klippe + are the Mekanisk line up.

Checked the site to pre-order, saw sold-out, frowned real big. Used my eyes and read that Fjell is NOT sold out, the GB just hasn't started yet. Smiled real big.

Red and dark grey was available last round so we are doing new colors now.

They might return later.

No estimate price for the Fjell Pro.

Gray was available last round, so we changed the colors a bit for this round. It might return later.

UPDATES:
The weights are all finished and are sent to sandblasting. After that, they will be receive a serial number and be quality controlled.

The cases are currently machining.

Plates are finished cutting and will be send to mirror polishing now.
Then they will be quality controlled and packed up.

Machining is finished for both the case and the weights. Now we are waiting for cleaning, sandblasting, anodizing and then quality control in the end.

Rubber feet are in transit, which is basically the only thing we are waiting for to get the cases shipped.

While we wait, the quality control will continue.

Ordered a Fjell Classic Black color since there would be more keycap options to choose from but the purple just seems to stand out way more. I attempted talking to Mekanisk support, but I guess I was too late and unavailable to swap. If anyone is interested in trading before the shipment process begins, just give me a private message.
