Yes. We need to calm down.

PayPal refunded me since there was no response from the vendor on their end. YMMV.

Thx for the update. I've sent two emails the last weeks with no response. I guess it's time to hit up PayPal.

After submitting my PayPal dispute, my refund was done promptly. Seller either didn't respond or didn't want to make a counter-appeal.

Hi,
Guys,
We still not get useful info from Cherry :(
And I just refund all the refund request.
If you prefer cancel it and asked for refund, please tell us.
Or open a case on paypal before too late (6 months), so we can check all the request easily and issue refund ASAP.
(Sorry, too many useless mails...my mail box is total mess)

If there's any update from cherry, I'll update here :)
The only thing I get now is that the parts# has updated, so they'll use it in the end but not sure when
This is the only info sells tell me now= =

I rarely login and check paypal account 0.0
Sorry
But mystore system can not see cases, either my ERP system.
I checked it yesterday and found some people want to cancel their order.
And noticed that it's almost 6 months.

But due to respond from cherry, I can't promise timeline now.
If anyone want cancel your order, please tell us or open case on paypal(open case will be better cause it list all the request with a clear interface)

All buyers ask for cancel should have received their refund :)
If not, please tell us.

Thanks, sennin. My apologies for asking for a refund, but with the deadline approaching I couldn't risk it.

Good luck to all those who've joined and are sticking with it.  :thumb:
