I heard a rumor that he'd be doing a R2 but he's super busy between his GH60 case, lube station, and other stuff. If you see this Beast, I'm sorry I spoke for you in advance ^__^I've also heard that tweezers can work in a pinch.

Quote from: The_Beast on Mon, 06 May 2013, 10:18:31Y U LINK?Also, Melvang, I love that key. Maybe you can fit one LED per eye? Also, I didn't mean to come off as rude. It just seems weird to use either of those two things as an LED indicator. HDD activity is going to happen like ALL the time. Also, if your PC is on, I'm sure you'll know it...
Y U LINK?

Just in case people were wondering: moose won the giveaway with his 1300th reply to this post. Congrats to him and I've updated the giveaway post and the OP!
Thank you to CPTBadAss! I really appreciate it. He may only be an actual Captain, but he was promoted to Major in my book.
What is the cheapest way to try all the switches? Mainly interested in Green, White, Grey, Clear and topre
I live in New York, where is the nearest one I can attend to?
Numpad and numbers row have different scan codes. Even when the numpad has correct numpad scan codes, some separate numpad and keyboard combos are still super finicky about letting you enter in unicode.
Where can I find more information on the hid liberator ?
Need suggestions for a keyboard that is going to be a gift. Going to be getting 2 for my aunt and uncle. I am not exactly sure what she does but I know that about 2/3 of her keys are now blank just due to the heavy use. He runs some web server stuff from the house. I was thinking of getting 2 Days Keyboards one with blues and the other with browns and let them decide who wants which switch.Any comments/suggestions?
Im looking into full metal filcos... But the only case I found was $300... Are there any for cheaper?

So with the current poker (not the poker 2) is it possible to swap stems and springs without desoldering?
Quote from: ray4jc on Tue, 07 May 2013, 08:01:07So with the current poker (not the poker 2) is it possible to swap stems and springs without desoldering? The current poker is PCB mounted. You'll have to desolder. You can only do solderless swaps with custom plates.
Is there enough room in between the switches for you to get a tool in there and open the switch housing? I don't actually know. It seems like there isn't.
