I'd suggest shooting him a few emails since he always seemed to take awhile to respond or post updates, I've already bought two boards from him and have a hard time believing he'd just disappear with everyone's money. He is a University student here in the states, so maybe he is just really busy?

More than 1 month of delay without any communication is unacceptable. He deserves the negative feedback. I would also report him for fraud.

Yeah, customs can be a pain to deal with.   I bought more than a few boards from him without any issue at all.  Can't believe he would just disappear.
