Really hard to price check the DGE since one never sold here. You could get a big wad of cash for it though ) You could probably get a bigger wad if you sold it to china though.

Don't know about market price, but a fair price is around $7-9 shipped.  A pair of spacebars was $5.40 + GB fee + Paypal fee + shipping.  Depending on how many someone bought, the cost to them could be quite different.

Chicony KB-5181 w/ Monterey Blues
SIIG Minitouch w/ what I believe are ivory Hua-Jie AK-CN2 ALPS clones & one key where the stem ripped out into the key-switch, however a pair of needle-nose pliers should do the trick there. you'll also need a replacement for that key, which i believe is delete

Not sure about all this stuff but I'll comment on the stuff I do know about.

Model M Silver label - $50 + shipping, potentially more. I've never sold a silver label and haven't paid a lot of attention to prices for them.
Model M Gray Label - $40 + shipping
Model M Blue Label - Between $30-$40 + shipping, depends on if it's a 1391401 or one of the later ones with a non detachable cable.
Dell AT101W - $25 + shipping or less, these can generally be found for really cheap on eBay.
IBM Model F AT - I think these are going for $150 or more depending on condition.
Mediatek White ALPS Full-size - Not exactly sure what this one is but I would estimate around $25 + shipping or so, assuming that it's nothing special.
Chicony KB-5181 w/ Monterey Blues - I've sold these in the past for around $40 + shipping, the switches are nice but the cheap build quality and crappy layout really bring the value down.

Can't say much about the LZ, but Tsangan sold his 356pad with blank zinc caps for $400 + shipping (obv not gb price).

As for the DGE, the usual (Chinese) going rate for an assembled one would be ~$1300±50.

Don't know sh*t about CC prices, can't help you there either.

Any ideas on pricing? (I don't enjoy heavy switches so I haven't been enjoying this at all. Not to mention I prefer TKL so the sheer size is already a turn off)

MX Blacks, right?  I haven't seen one sell, so I can't give a price range.  I do know some of the other smaller MX Black Seimens have sold for around $50-90 on eBay.
