I just sent out an email to the purge winners, but there has been a short delay due to us not getting our keyforge bags and shipping materials last week. I was told to expect it Friday (a week late), then Saturday, and now here we are. All packages will ship Tuesday with no further delays. I'm sorry guys, we really did have everything set up to get this sale shipped very quickly, but FedEx had our stuff in limbo forever.





I'll update everyone via email and I'll make a post here once the packages are out on Tuesday.

Much love during this holiday season and I personally donít want you feeling stressed out over something that you donít have the control over. I have busy days now until christmas, so when you finally get your materials and I have time to check my box and or email, I believe a happy surprise will be there.

Bro... I don't know if you drink or not, but alcoholism is not the path that an amazing artist and person of your caliber should ever feel the need to go down. You are great and for those who are waiting, we all can wait. It is not something you have chosen to neglect, rather it is something far removed from your control. The updates you have been providing us are levels above what should be expected from any of us. And most importantly, that is one mighty fine cat you sent in the email.

 The most important thing is that you know we love what you do and will all be thrilled when fedex gets their poop together. Happy Holidays and just enjoy them instead of worrying about this.

Edit: Cleaned up language and removed a line that removed a small inside joke about a super cute pic that is in the email.

Hey Kyle, I think most people that participate in your sales agree with the sentiments above. You make a quality product and those who buy it are willing to wait a bit, especially considering the issue here is out of your control. You've done a fantastic job during this sale with updates, and I (and I assume mostly everyone else) am content to wait for you to get everything sorted out. Try to enjoy your holidays when you get a chance.

Just curious, since I have no real idea on this one... but have you ever casted any of your sculpts in metal? I mean, I know the logistics to that would more likely than not require a completely new mold or something, but I have seen colorways where the name seems to imply that they were metal casted. If not, have you ever considered do metal casts of any of the sculpts and if you did do such a thing, how much roughly do you think you would price them at? Genuinely curious.

Since I got the shipping notice on the 22nd, I figured it was around the corner. In the same boat here. Waiting patiently for my bags to arrive after the hell that Sneaky went through to get these out. Really appreciated every  update as it was happening. USPS isn't as kind it seems.

it can be difficult lately with USPS because they often arenít helpful during this stage in locating stuff. They often tell us to just wait, as apparently the post-Christmas chaos can be just as bad as the pre-Christmas chaos. This year has been particularly bad for USPS and Fedex.

If your package vanished we will replace it and deal with USPS on our side to make to smoother for you, as well as refund your shipping. Thankfully there have only been a small number of these, as most people have received their packages. However, we have had several people receive their packages in their mailbox without the tracking updating at all, which is frustrating. We will address ALL of those issues this week. My wife and I are traveling after seeing family, which is why I have been OOO. If you havenít already, please email support and we will get you taken care of ASAP.

I will be back in the office on Wednesday, and Iíll be reaching out to the commission winners again to get those started, and whatever else needs my attention, including some GB updates. Any packages that have not updated tracking by then will be fixed ASAP.

We appreciate all you guys, and we hope you had a good holiday  <3

I got a follow up message from Erika today. I am pleased to say that the Keyforge team has gone beyond expectations. Unfortunately when I went to follow up with a reply, I got a unexpected mail delivery failure notice. What I was saying in the message was thank you to Erika and the team at Keyforge for staying on top of the situation and that I am beyond impressed with the communication and follow ups that I have been receiving if though I have been avoiding communicating on my end that USPS has been giving us both the run around.

All that to say, I am thrilled that I got to participate in the Purge Bag sale event and I look forward to what 2020 has to offer us all. I did end the message I had sent with wishing Erika and the team at Keyforge a Happy New Year and hope that your New Years started off with a bang.

I love this community and I love Keyforge and Sneaky. As you will always be my first that I got that wasn't a group buy from assdrop and that makes this whole endeavor very special to me.

Oh. I recieved one bag with two caps. I ordered two bags but I assume he just condensed it for the sake of not running out of bags for the sale? Given that I've still recieved two caps it's fine but slightly confusing.

We are sending out replacements for the handful of packages that have not been delivered by USPS/tracking never updated. We expect that the original packages will likely be delivered randomly next week, but we arenít going to make those individuals wait any longer. USPS gave us the runaround, but we figured out that the individuals that didnít get updated tracking were all dropped together. Thankfully it was only like 15 packages, but Iím working with USPS to make sure this doesnít happen again.

If you tried sending a support email but got a kickback, that was my fault. I forgot to update my new card in gmail so payment lapsed, itís up and working again.

Erika will be in touch shortly if she hasnít already regarding replacement packages.

Additionally, if you were short a bag or something like that, just drop us a line and we will get it fixed. Each bag is separate, so if we made a mistake we will make it right.

I was one of the lost packages. Now that I see my purge bag has just been dropped into my mailbox, I wanted to document my experience here for others.

4-Dec-2019: Won a purge bag & paid
21-Dec-2019: Purge bag marked as shipped
28-Dec-2019: Contacted Keyforge support via email to ask about package not moving after checking tracking
28-Dec-2019 (same day): Got a response from Erika telling me packages had been dropped off but mine could be misplaced as it still had not moved
2-Jan-2020: Got another response from Erika telling me the original package was probably lost and that they were sending me a replacement
5-Jan-2020: New purge bag marked as shipped
7-Jan-2020: USPS tracking confirms package was received and begins moving
9-Jan-2020: Package arrived in mailbox

Looking forward to getting home and checking it out  :)

I received my Purge Bag this past Thursday. Absolutely thrilled. Would consider trading colorways with anyone that likes pink. It is a Mulder V3. I love the sculpt but pink doesn't fit the board since it is a mostly dark board. I also have a badass Orochi in a light purple and dark purple colorway. I actually like this one a lot, but would trade if you got a equally awesome colorway. I am pretty dang thrilled though with the Orochi so it would have to be special in order to get a trade on that one. =)

Sneaky thank you so much. I ultimately was super thrilled to be able to participate in the Purge bag sale. =)

Finally got my shipping for the replacement caps yesterday, was a bit bummed that they'll only ship out on Monday instead of the previously stated Friday but I understand that things can get busy. Hopefully these caps will be worth the wait.

I got Orochi from purge bag and its height is lower than normal. I compared with other Orochi and clearly see it (like pic below)
Does anyone meet a case like this ?
