After 5+ months of waiting and sticking with their delays. Well too late to implement a QC system now, not spending any more money on the key dot company.  What's to say they don't screw up again and just go oops here are two crap options you can choose from.

Just find the original photo of animal crossing image and do a custom order online. It will arrived within a week or two with much better quality and cheaper. Which is exactly what I did....

After knowing Infinikey is Wuming from Taobao, I am already disappointed with TKC at that point. Price it higher than ePBT but way worse quality....

I opted for a refund on the deskmat. Didn't see the point in getting something that wouldn't match the caps and wouldn't want on display.

Me too, shipping information sent to FedEx on 11/10, but they haven't got the pcakcge yet.

They preemptively printed labels, but it's likely that yours is still held up in customs and so they're waiting on that portion of the shipment still.

They screw up the deskmat and now they can't even ship stuff properly while the other half of the people already got their stuff.

Apparently, only TKC's stuff has trouble with customs because they are the only company that seems to be delayed any time there is a purchase to be made. What a joke.

Yeah all TKC orders have been "shipped" (they must have printed the labels) since early Nov, but I heard are stuck in customs. I was hoping to get this in time for Xmas, but I'm not gonna hold my breath.

Funny thing is I am in the US. They send their stock is stuck in customs and have been saying that for like the past 2 months. Meanwhile my other group buys from china came just fine.

My 2u spacebar is concave as a normal key and only the 2.25u and 2.75u spacebars are convex.
