CAD broken, Could someone draw up a plate for me please?
« on: Sun, 27 July 2014, 23:12:56 »
After installing a second HDD autocad has been broken, and I have no idea how to fix it, meaning I can't design a plate :/ If someone would do me the favor of making a plate  from this layout I would greatly appreciate it :) http://ne0.cc/laygenV2/#2i6YQ

If you don't find anyone you could always use fiverr and get it done relatively cheap.

Couple of questions:

1. Will this be used for direct wiring? If so, you probably don't want the openings on the side for switch top removal, right?

2. You just want a top plate? Or do you want a matching bottom, as well?  Do you need clearance on all sides for mounting screws or similar?

Direct wiring, I just want squares :p I don't need clearance on the sides either, as I'm going to be experimenting with hand cutting wood, so it's not like the plate will be laser cut. I can juse do the border later on by hand. Thanks a bunch!

If that's all you need, you could just click that little button on ne0phyte's layout generator page labeled 'Download DXF." It will have the tabs on the sides, but you can just disregard those. Or I can work something up for you real quick tomorrow. :)
