Hey shenshen! Are you aware ePBT does not plan on running new sets for quite some time? If you haven’t already spoken to kbdfans I would recommend reaching out to figure out what is going on.

Personally in think the whole set should be mod colored with the chocolate legends.

the design of epbt chocomint started in 17-09-2020.
me and jakk(the designer of KAT Mint Chip) have talked about it since 14/05/2021 about this, and we're both fine with each other having mint designs.

the inspiration may be simillar , but the design style and vibe is different.
