Got a spool of the plain orange and a 1/4 pound spool of .031" stainless spring temper wire (96 feet worth) heading my way.  Just wait until you see what I do with it.

Welcome to Wallethack :))
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

2 USB cables
ergodox from massdrop

Don't worry about the clack. I was super nervous the first time something like that was sent to me from overseas... if it's been a month, start worrying. Otherwise, assume it'll show ;).

I emailed MechanicalKeyboards.com today about when they expected more back-lit KeyCool 22s, and Justin rather impressively got right back and told me he had one left with MX Blues and that he could send me a PayPal invoice if I wanted it.   I of course went for it, and not only did he get an invoice out right away, but it's already in the mail!  An impressive first experience with them. :)

For some reason the shipping confirmation went into the spam box. Just noticed it and found out I'll be getting my keyboard tomorrow!

The joys of living 1 state away!

Just ordered a FC660C/EG with the dye subbed keycaps.  I'm skeptical that I will like it more than my balckbird with cherry bowns though.  It's already so smooth that I can't imagine a keyboard being significantly smoother and I like the bump.  But this one will be for work anyways so I won't mind having two great keyboards.

I'm only about 2 hours from them, I wonder how long it will take to get here.
