IMO 15-23c is the perfect temp, but being I'm used to the soggy heat here in Georgia, US would be why. When I visit friends and family in MA, I always get to hear them complain when it gets in the upper set of what I find comfortable.

Of course, this is assuming you're actually doing something. If you're just sitting still outside, a bit higher is acceptable.

The yellow is usually pine pollen no ? That's quite early for pine.

It is 75F/24C now at 5:00pm, but there was frost on my car this morning.It was just as hot here at the same time, and I'm sweating my balls off. It shouldn't be this hot outside, ever xD .
