One can critique the current landscape of aging politicians and also support one. We don't have alternatives. Biden isn't some soon-to-be late stage dementia patient, but you can see he isn't as quick or put together as a young buck. We have no shortage of leaders over the age of 40, but under 60. I am not entirely sure that I am seeing your point, but regardless of whether the majority of the people value honesty and abide by the rule of law, a dishonest outlaw minority can gain an advantage.
