If I was in your position I would probably grab one of the new unbranded CM Storm's with MX-Reds and get some O-Rings for it. Thicker keycaps might help too

He pretty much summed it up. Any non-clicky keyboard + Orings + thick keycaps should quiet it up a lot.

what is good about the MX reds?

Reds and blacks are both non-tacticle (as opposed to browns and blues). They are less noisy than blues/browns and can be even further dampened with o-rings.
The difference between reds and blacks are that the blacks are "harder" to press down. That doesn't mean they're HARD to press down, but it's just that the reds offer less resistance when pushing the keys down.

The best would be if you could try them both before buying.

But yeah, I recommend the CM Quickfire Rapid as well (if backlight is not one of your requirements), it comes with black or red switches and is relatively cheap. And then I'd simlpy add o-rings to make it even more quiet.

What exactly are your requirements? You already said that you want a TLK (no numpad). What else? Backlight? ISO or ANSI layout? Danish layout?

Not necessarily. They are definitely quieter than Blues, but arguably one would bottom out more on Reds than on Browns, hence making it much louder. The tactile bump on Brown is simply tactile (and even then it's slight) and does not click like Blues. Many have said Browns are probably the quietest and some say Red/Black; it depends on your typing style.

You bottom out about the same on both (brown and red), very similar, and if typing any sort of speed then they will be effectively making the same amount of noise.

So with o-rings any switch (sans ones with audible feedback) will be adequate... keep in mind that something PCB mounted will prove to be quieter, especially with o-rings.
