One other thought: DSA retro was ABS double shot so everyone who wanted that type of caps has probably ordered them. I think doing a DSA PBT dye-sub run has a better chance of getting more orders since it won't be just a change in colors.

Btw early Amiga keyboards (NMB Space Invader Linears, used in earlier version of A500 from the OP) had indeed PBT Dye Sub keycaps, even space bars being PBT, although they were not sphericals. I can borrow you actual caps if you want to get the color scheme absolutely right.

Would there be any possibility with this set of getting the Amiga "A" key in place of the windows key or is it likely to add too much extra cost? I've been looking for the MX variant for a while but it isn't easy to find. If there is enough interest when the buy gets going maybe we could get it made by one of the people that does dye subs? Just my thoughts, been wanting to get an Amiga-style keyboard for a while to reminisce my Amiga 500.

I periodically ping SP. They also sent me some PBT spacebar samples, but the mold is not perfect yet. As soon as they tell me that they can do the DSA PBT spacebar, this GP will start.

Don't ever say that here on Geekhack because there will always be ANOTHER group buy to jump into. Always another 'nice' designed colour-way with excellent fonts being used, but when a Group Buy is run by Matt3o then you got to get another key-set.
Of course you'll run out of keyboards to furnish these babies into, - hence the 'catch-22', buying more keyboards so that future key-sets can reside in. It will never end, unless our sun goes supernova or our planet disintegrates :-\ .

yes, SP dyesubs the keys. the font will be something very clean and professional. English and international legends (at least IT, DE, UK, FR, ES, Nordic). No alternate characters though.
the base set will be ANSI as always. There will be an international kit with some EU layouts, most likely IT, FR, ES, DE, Nordic.

Perhaps SP can continue to refine their technique over the next few months before the actual order is placed as well.
I'm in if I can make a functional and attractive ergodox set out of the offering. The legending on the 1.5x and 2x keys have been a little problematic in past group buys for ergodox users -even DSA buys- as ergodox users remap these keys to do all sorts of things.
