Title: The what did I just buy game!
Post by: input on Tue, 16 July 2013, 17:30:20: I just won two ebay auctions at 10p w/ collection, now I thought it might be some fun if you guess what is under the cap and then when I pick them up I take a more detailed look, clean them and update the thread with some pictures and some mini reviews.

First the easy one, NTC KB-6252EA

My best guess is this is some sort of Model M clone and it will be a real rubbery disappointment, I asked the seller for some pictures on this one, but I couldn't get hit to pop a cap for me :(

Yes, but we've seen that Keytronic before and it's a dome board. One of the more desirable/better dome boards, but still a dome board.

The Dells with the rare Alps are rarer than hens teeth. But to my knowledge, they're all AT101W frame.

All I hope for is a new type of ALPS switch to try, legit blues or whites and I will be happy for my 20p + travel time.
