^^ that's why! I don't use them.
Caps Lock. It's a worthless key unless you're Kanye West and blogging. Following that, I've never understood why "\" and "/" are split and not right next to each other. We pair every other symbol, but not those two, that would make too much sense.

on some terminal keybaords \ and / are on the same key. Also dvorak puts them near eathother seperated by =
my least favourite key is spacebar for sure. I have a lot of problems with stabilizers, and spacebar just makes it worse.

I honestly don't see why people complain so much about their stabilizers. Even before I clipped my Cherry stabilizers, it really wasn't that big of a problem.

I have to use ampersand all the time for my job and I'm unable to hit that key without pivoting my right hand. It's either a pivot to the left with my index finger or a pivot to the right with my middle finger.
Hate it.
Insert.
Scroll Lock
Insert.
That. It causes the most confusion/damage if you accidentally press it.
sometimes on my poker, i forget to lock my arrow cluster in, and accidentally hit winkey or menu and it pisses me off so muchLOL yes this feeling sucks.
It's a tie between Scroll Lock and Pause
but why
I think I would kind of agree...only because I've never known what they actually do.
Caps Lock.
Win Key
Spacebar.
Once I finish building my ErgoDox, all these hated childs of keycaps shall be abolished! >:D

After I switched this to backspace after switching to Colemak, I don't mind the key anymore.
I agree with the OP in that ampersand is really awkward to get to. For the most part, after switching to Colemak, most of the keys aren't too bad to get to.
Spacebar.

What, how will you type without a spacebar?
The ANY key? I don't have one.
I don't have any key on my keyboard.

Gonna pull this one back up. I see the logic here because the rest of the paired symbols are typically used as an open and close where / and \ aren't.

The semicolon. I hardly use it; when I do, I wonder if I use it properly.
Haha! Good point but I usually click the emoticons just to be sure I get the right one :blank: oops I meant :p;

But without it you can't make these ;)

;Ah, the semicolon; the most frequently misused punctuation mark.

“Here is a lesson in creative writing. First rule: Do not use semicolons. They are transvestite hermaphrodites representing absolutely nothing. All they do is show you've been to college.”

If you are typing quickly or playing a game, it will stop typing/playing and give you the start menu. Similar to caps lock or insert, you usually need to stop what you are doing and redo some work. Also, for a key that can dump you from a program, it is in a very poor spot near a lot of keys which are very frequently used.
I think that when Windows was originally made, they were smart to make Ctrl-Alt-Del and Alt-Tab into multi-key combos. The idea of one key in the primary typing space leaving a program is nonsensical.
I hate that there isn't dedicated Insert on most compact keyboards. STFU Windoze n00biez ~_^

What are you using insert for anyway?
