I remember when I was -1.5 in 4th grade... Then boom 6th grade -4.75... Good thing it didn't get worse.

If you wanna raise your GH level, Ergodox is at least +20 if you buy it prebuilt, if you build one, you get +20 standard and +20 bonus experience for soldering and mods.

Wow! Yeah I was supposed to be checked in elementary school but it just never happened. My sister had glasses and an eyepatch for lazy eye for years... I never got checked until 10th grade when I told people that the reason I sat in the front row my whole life was because I couldn't see the board from the back! (Same for theatres, always sat in the middle or closer.) Just thought that was normal.

eyes: pretty bad. not sure what my current prescription is but I am positive it needs an update. The fonts on a projector are blurry at around 30ft, for reference. I know I am nearsighted with astigmatism but haven't been to an ophthalmologist in about 8 or 9 years.

No prescription for either eye. Last time I got it checked it was something like 20/10 or so. I have people regularly commenting how amazed they are that I can read **** that they can't even make out.

My degrees of shortsightedness are 5.25 and 5.75 (left and right). Don't know how it translates (if) to other measurements, that's how we measure it in Greece.

Since I got in uni, my hours at the computer average to 10-12.

Approximately 1.25 diopters, each way, to correct my opposing problems.

Right: -6.75 (with uncorrectable astigmatism, so meh vision)
Left: -8.75

If I'm not wearing glasses/contacts everything looks like blobs of color...

I did work with someone who had -19 vision... Legal blindness is -13... His driving was surprisingly invigorating :P

What's a GH level? If it's frequency of posts... I'm pretty low :P

explain what the **** a GH level is and what the parameters are. is it 1-100? Here, here's a random ****ing number: 77 how about 24 or 35? Maybe 60549?

If you can't go to the eye doctor, go on ebay and get a pair of +1 diopter and a pair of -1 then see which one helps. Buy 1.5s next and keep going if you need to.

About $15 each from China if you need negative diopters for distance, reading glasses (+ diopters) are much more common and cheaper.

I'm pretty sure I saw what seems to be an optometry clinic when I was at walmart last year

Idk if that's just a test thing, or an established service.

Wal-Mart and other places will do it about as cheap as it can go, but you are sure to be over $100 with exam, frames, and lenses if you do not have insurance. Or multiples of that if you like stylish frames and need complicated lenses.

I carry a pair of glasses at all times. "especially" when I'm wearing contacts.

It is suppose to make my eyes not hurt as much. But i feel my eyes are getting worse the more im on the computer. Also told me to take breaks every half hour and focus on something else.
