hmm... 31 is an early age to get the surgery.. Glad you made it out ok..

I'm going to stick it out till maybe 60, cuz then even if I go blind, w.e.

I remember when I was -1.5 in 4th grade... Then boom 6th grade -4.75... Good thing it didn't get worse.

If you wanna raise your GH level, Ergodox is at least +20 if you buy it prebuilt, if you build one, you get +20 standard and +20 bonus experience for soldering and mods.

Wow! Yeah I was supposed to be checked in elementary school but it just never happened. My sister had glasses and an eyepatch for lazy eye for years... I never got checked until 10th grade when I told people that the reason I sat in the front row my whole life was because I couldn't see the board from the back! (Same for theatres, always sat in the middle or closer.) Just thought that was normal.

eyes: pretty bad. not sure what my current prescription is but I am positive it needs an update. The fonts on a projector are blurry at around 30ft, for reference. I know I am nearsighted with astigmatism but haven't been to an ophthalmologist in about 8 or 9 years.

None. I didn't own a psx till I was 16, and by then I was already -11. My eyes started to stop getting bad after I got contacts at age 13.

No prescription for either eye. Last time I got it checked it was something like 20/10 or so. I have people regularly commenting how amazed they are that I can read **** that they can't even make out.

Been wearing glasses for aprox. 15 years(?) I believe. I'm 26 now so...

My degrees of shortsightedness are 5.25 and 5.75 (left and right). Don't know how it translates (if) to other measurements, that's how we measure it in Greece.

Since I got in uni, my hours at the computer average to 10-12.

I became mildly nearsighted at about age 14. Now that I am an old man, the trend towards presbyopia has corrected most of my former myopia, but cost me my formerly extraordinary near vision.

Approximately 1.25 diopters, each way, to correct my opposing problems.

Heh, most of you have good eyes (other than projectD). No cornea transplants like a particular long-time GHer

25 (prescription hasn't changed in 4-5 years).
Right: -6.75 (with uncorrectable astigmatism, so meh vision)
Left: -8.75

If I'm not wearing glasses/contacts everything looks like blobs of color...

I did work with someone who had -19 vision... Legal blindness is -13... His driving was surprisingly invigorating

What's a GH level? If it's frequency of posts... I'm pretty low

explain what the **** a GH level is and what the parameters are. is it 1-100? Here, here's a random ****ing number: 77 how about 24 or 35? Maybe 60549?
