I see you've somehow managed to toggle Caps Lock permanently on. Looks like you're off to a bad start.

Better to potentially ruin a QFR than a Filco I guess, good call.

not so bad. cherry switch bodies are like POM or something: pretty tough. They can take a beating. if you lifted or damaged a trace, you can just trace repair it. Working on QFRs isn't that bad: at least they are easy to desolder. COntrast to the bluetooth filco which took me like 12 hours to desolder.

Good news: The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog

Bad news: menu doesn't work, and my win-lock LED is kill.

Other than that, I have a mostly functioning QFR with 62g blacks and THEY FEEL AMAZING.

Why didn't I do this sooner?

bad news: use a better pangram.

My fav is "sphinx of black quartz, judge my vow" but "pack my box with five dozen liquor jugs" is another good one.

good news: now you have learned.

If you need an LED I'll mail you one.

Okay, I'll bite.  How the heck is there a better pangram?  Isn't pangram-ism a binary sort of deal?  It either is or is not, correct?  Or are you just being a pangram elitist?  :P

Gas is just gas, or it isn't. But some gases are better for you to breath than others. Implying things that are something can't be better than something that is the same something.

You're not wrong, but you're making a different point.  I didn't say that I was confused how the pangram is better *sounding* or flows better.  I was wondering how it was inherently better at being a pangram.

To continue your analogy, it would be as if you said "some gases are better at being gases", which I would argue is not a reasonable claim.

Bleeding is probably better than 3rd degree burns from a soldering iron or poking out an eye. :P
