Didn't you have the 'holy grail' at one time? An ANSI Alps board made by Alps themselves?

That was a pretty nice board, complicated white Alps. I traded it to jcarpe.

But it was a plastic keyboard, moderate-to-high quality.

The old-school Northgates are in a class approaching the Model F - incredible construction, heavy baked enamel metal case bottom pan that the internal plate screws down to, doubleshot keys with RGB colors, etc.

Post by: jacobolus on Sun, 02 November 2014, 12:31:12: The Northgates use Tai Hao keycaps. While those are nice, personally I like Alps doubleshots a bit better, and Alps dyesubs much better.
