Title: Ducky Channel support
Post by: dj christian on Tue, 26 January 2016, 05:15:21
Bought my third Ducky KB and one of the keycaps got an accidental scratch. Didn't think this would run on warranty i guess but asking them where i can buy a new keycap or a set of keycaps for this particular model didn't bring their attention from them at all. I tried mailing them several times for two weeks now, no answer! That's strange since a year ago they were very friend and responded immediately.

Thanks for showing the great support Ducky! :(

Message them on Facebook. I got an answer within like half an hour through there.

I might try that but i thought it would it would more efficient to go through them instead. It's just a keycap, not worth sending in for repair.

Message them on Facebook. I got an answer within like half an hour through there.

I know Ducky Keyboards UK have a FB page but it seems i can't message them privately, or should i type directly to their wall?

I've PMed and posted on their FB wall. The reply time is scary fast to both.

Thanks! They responded and they very friendly too!

Unfortunately the support of the mother company seems not to work. A year ago they send me some keycaps which got stuck in customs and i had to pay quite €30 to get them through to me. We sorted it out but i guess they blocked my e-mail. :P

DJ, I've tried contacting ducky support in TW and they're a bit sketchy but eventually do come back with a repsonse.

I had to get an LED replaced by a company up in Manchester - I have details some where is yo need it.

As for a key set - why don't you purchase form inside the UK - for example http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/Ducky_Mechanical_Keyboard.html (http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/Ducky_Mechanical_Keyboard.html)
