roast beef is good.. but not always.... sometimes it's just too dry.. ham is almost always solid.
What about dem fried chicken? Any love for fried chicken with crunchy crust? Aww yeah. How does that compare to ham?

Real ham is country ham.
What places like the Cracker Barrel restaurant sell as "country ham" is just the common crap city version.
Real country ham (not found north of the Mason-Dixon line) is vaguely like prosciutto but far better.
