Title: Sentraq Customer Service? Unfulfilled orders?
Post by: pixelpusher on Wed, 09 November 2016, 08:33:34: I've ordered some sip sockets from Sentraq.com almost 2 weeks ago, and they still haven't updated my order status. So, I don't know if it's out of stock or ready to ship or what. They do have my money, however. I've contacted customer service twice via email and haven't received a reply. Anyone else experience issues?

Oh I understand that. I'm not in need of them at the moment. It's for a future build, but I kinda want my order fulfilled or my money back

24 hour response time is normal for most small retailers..

give it some slack.. hahaha

the site looks professional enough that i don't think they're scammers..

But small businesses are often ran --with-- a day job as well.. so you don't get that Amazon.com personal service..

Eitherway, you can always get your moneyback if you paid by credit card.

All is good at this point.

For sure. I didn't think it was a scam but just bad customer service. Turns out I was the one in the wrong here. Just wanted to make that known.
