Sentraq Customer Service? Unfulfilled orders?

I've ordered some sip sockets from Sentraq.com almost 2 weeks ago, and they still haven't updated my order status.  So, I don't know if it's out of stock or ready to ship or what.  They do have my money, however.  I've contacted customer service twice via email and haven't received a reply.  Anyone else experience issues?

Oh I understand that.  I'm not in need of them at the moment.  It's for a future build, but I kinda want my order fulfilled or my money back

24 hour response time is normal for most small retailers..

give it some slack.. hahaha

the site looks professional enough that i don't think they're scammers..


But small businesses are often ran --with-- a day job as well..   so you don't get that Amazon.com personal service..


Eitherway,  you can always get your moneyback if you paid by credit card.

I posted this on the 60% kit thread as well, but this was totally my mistake.  Brandon tried to respond to my original inquiry email.  My iPhone had decided to use a .me account (which i don't use).

All is good at this point.

For sure.  I didn't think it was a scam but just bad customer service.  Turns out I was the one in the wrong here.  Just wanted to make that known.
