How to fix stabilizers without desoldering?

My stabilizer wires have disconnected from the plastic stems and I do not know how to reconnect them without having to desolder the whole board? This picture kind of shows whats happening:

As you can see the left stab cannot go as low as the right stab. If I have to I will desolder and resolder the whole board but I just want some insight on how to fix this without? Thanks!

I'm guessing the bar came unclipped on the high side and is sitting under the slider. Take a pair of tweezers and slide the bar out as far as it goes and seat it back in the slider hole and clip the bar back into the base with the tweezers.

Is there any video on how to do this? Just tried for a solid 15 minutes to no avail
