The top one looks like a keyboard for a DEC VT320 terminal.

It's a clone of the DEC LK201 for sure. That does not mean it is compatible with the DEC terminal though — it might just copy the layout.

But clones with the F-key overlay in front of the F-keys (or is it LED decal?), and a normal-sized Return key are unusual.

Thank you for info! I think that as it's clone, they used a standard keycaps, thats why Return key is normal-sized))
