Well "vintage" mx switches is sort of a complex topic, there's more to it than just "vintage or not" or certain markers being absolute indicators for old molds (small logo). Basically, "vintage" can mean a lot of different things. That being said, yeah the housings would generally be the same for switches produced at the same time.

These were desoldered of a very old pcb, its just that the Cherry black and blue housing looks the same, if so i would swap the stems out.

Don't MX Blue housings generally have more tactile leaves than MX Black? Not sure if the same is true for vintage switches.

Cherry changed the leaf for re-tool MX blues, but on old ones you can mix/match whatever.

I just installed a bunch of MX Clear stems in a bunch of ~2012 pre-retool MX Blue housings and the tactility went up noticeably.

That's good to know, I have a Pre-2012/2010 CM QuickFire Tk w/ MX Blues that I plan on harvesting from that board along with the Browns I have in my other QuickFire TK I have at work (I'm a fan of the CM TK's and Rapid I's)
