Price after shipping and tax will exceed 390 dollars though, you can check them yourself.

Honestly, you went thru all that trouble just to stir up some trouble between me and manufacturer. Claiming us to be a fraud when we had permission from owner. And what was 100% legal to use "designed in California" as marketing terms and can be used as actual claim.
Anyways, you win this round :) I will communicate with the manufacturer about what was permitted~
Sounds like you don’t have permission anymore bud. Ouch.

Considering how little you’ve done before posting an IC (no original designs, no original pics), it feels like a half-assed attempt to take advantage of the western community with yet another TB product lol

Don't worry my friend, I'll be the one who in charge this time:)
We will sale those keycaps in a form similar to other keycap products (separate in different kits, Base, Numpad, Novelties…etc)
I do understand the favour of the western community and we won't simply resell them overseas as a duplicate version of the one we sale on Taonao
We have been working on it for a while already.
I promiss you the price would be fair and the result won't let you down:)

Customising the fonts is free if you provide us the font file. If you would like to add some symbals on the cap there will be an extra charge (1 usd per key)

As someone who got the keycaps from tabao after seeing this thread,  the stems aren't that good (pretty loose). But otherwise the keycaps are excellent.

Bumping this, as I'm interested as well.

The stems are designed by JR, That's why I was so mad about this guy claiming that the caps are design in CA.
I'm working on my own kit and JR is keep optimizing his keycaps, That's why the IC was delayed

We apologize about that, but we're still planning to host a GB within 2020 Q4

Yes, we did notice that some of the stems are pretty loose.
JR are now working on them, My personal way to fix them are adding some UV glue on them, That do fix the problem.
But I promise you this issue won't happen again in the offical GB

Apple products say designed in CAlifornia and they sell so anything else with this title will the same. I think it’s safe to say the original IC author was feeling like he didn’t really do much other than make an IF for an existing product and needed to add his signature to make it look like he did do something and thus wanted people to know he designed them in California out of his garage next door to Steve Jobs parents.
