Really, on a keyboard without any fancy gadgets built into it, like the Filcos, the only thing that should be bad to shortcircuit is the controller itself. Everything else is sort of designed to be shortcircuited =P This should make keyboards sort of tough to kill that way. I don't say it is the case only that I would be disappointed if it killed one. Pouring liquids into them could have other nasty effects though (corrosion, stickiness, smell, mold, I-dont-know-what).
