Keyboard Bluetooth CNC Case 75%

I'm looking for a keyboard that meets the following criterea:-
75% Layout - with dedicated arrow keys and a del key
Knob - for at least volume play/pause but programable would be nice.
Hotswap - I have Milky yellows for this project but I want the option to try ink blacks or silents later on
Metal body - Something like CNC aluminium would be good for weight, sound and durability (I'm not keen on transparent/smoky either (with RGB) as I think its a tad gimmicky and not appropriate for using at work)
RGB - i quite like it and my children love it

Nice but not essential would be:-
Adjustable feet or at least a decent angle - not keen on flat
Prgramable - Via/qmk or similar for remaps, macros etc.

My searching has narrowed my list to:-
Akko Mod007 v2
Keychron Q1 v2
Glorious GMMK Pro
(in order of preference)

Of those three, I prefer the finish and options with the Mod007 v2.
All good right? Almost. I also would like the option of 3mode with bluetooth and 2.4 for using with other devices and having a clean aesthetic option on my desk.

So my question here is:- What options are there for something that is basically the Akko Mod007 v2 with bluetooth and 2.4?

Aluminum cases and wireless does not mix very well.
3 way bluetooth is usually only a feature of pre-builts by companies with some money for R&D such as as Logitech. Everyone else is just using an off-the-shelf bluetooth system. Same for 2.4.
Wireless also means a battery and that requires space, so most are pretty thick.

Even without that, your wants create an extremely limited list of candidates. 75% alone severely limits your options, it's one of the least common and least standardized formats, we get waves of them but those then stagnate so anything remotely special or cutting edge, like a knob or QMK is going to limit your choices. Frankly, you probably found the best you're going to find with your criteria.

As for your choices, if the Akko is as nice as it looks, it's an absolute steal.
